Enter Video Stopwatch. Just load your video into Video Stopwatch and scrub to the point you want and set the exact starting and ending point(s) to measure. You can also add many split times. Record high frame-rate video using the included camera for increased accuracy.

Video Stopwatch features a live stopwatch overlay on your video that can be moved and sized to your liking. The live stopwatch overlay will display your marked times precisely as the video is played. Save the video and share it with your friends.
