About the book:
The Hoppings are a family of farming rabbits who carefully tend their crop of carrots. One day the sun gets hotter and hotter, so hot that Grandma worries that the soil will turn to clay. The sun stops at the top of the sky above their carrot crop. All they want is for the sun to go to sleep and let the moon rise the way it normally does. But the moon is ill and the sun fills in too well.
