WHY NO DATABASE?
Some other calorie counter apps enable you to select your meals from an online database, but with Simple Calorie Counter we do not do this.
The reason is simple - Your meal may not match the database exactly and so you are not recording accurate results. If you prepare fresh and healthy meals for yourself you know exactly what is going on to the plate, so you can work out the exact calorie content of each meal more accurately.
Counting calories is not a 100% guaranteed diet plan and may not cause you to lose any weight. You should embark on a healthy eating plan which has been specially designed by experts if you are looking to lose weight. Simple Calorie Counter can help you track your calorie intake each day, but is not designed as a weight loss program.
