it uses a new technology to share your files to friends nearby. It "sings" your files using your iPad built-in speaker and it "hear" your files on another iPad, probably your friends', from microphone. The sharing requires a network environment on both you and your friend's iPad.
Besides, it makes you able to share file through mail or twitter and facebook.

=====The zip and unzip tool=====
It opens most archive file types, ZIP, 7Z, RAR, ZIPX, LHA, etc. Able to create ZIP files to reduce your storage or send as an email attachment to your files. It makes you able to send large file with a link on your cloud service storage.

It is able to instantly access Dropbox and Google Drive as a cloud service client. You can directly open your file on cloud storage by a single tap. It makes you feel like working on a local directory
