App Description
With the "Picture Cutout and Resizer" application you have an opportunity to highlight a fragment on the image and store it in a separate image. "Picture Cutout and Resizer" allows you to select a fragment in any number of points.
Saving the selected fragment in a separate image significantly reduces the size and allows you to remove unwanted fragments from the image.
"Picture Cutout and Resizer" does not change the quality of new images obtained after cutting.
