– RACING HISTORY OF THE 911 –
What would the Porsche 911 be without its race car past? The Moby Dick, the most powerful 911 by far, corralled 845 horses under its hood. The smallest 911, nicknamed the Baby, had a petit 1.4-liter turbocharged engine. The 911 scored victories at some of the classic 24-hour races at the circuits in Le Mans, Daytona, and Nürburgring.

It has definitely been a car with many talents. Performing well on the tracks, it also braved rallies such as the Monte Carlo and Paris–Dakar Rallies with ease. Race car drivers such as the likes of Jacky Ickx have enjoyed some of their best adventures and major victories with a 911. Porsche drivers from all over the world will share their passion with you.
