App Description

The eBay Main Street application is the newest advocacy tool brought to you by the eBay Inc. Global Government Relations team. The app provides advocates with the tools and resources to successfully communicate with legislators about policies that affect small web-enabled businesses and consumers. By using the app, you will be able to stay on top of the issues affecting your business, respond quickly to eBay Main Street Action Alerts and have access to all the materials needed to successfully communicate with lawmakers and other relevant stakeholders. The application also provides users with timely news updates and logistical information for their Advocacy Day on Capitol Hill.

The application enables members to take action from a smartphone, giving them:

- A calendar integrated event schedule
- Built-in Take Action Center
- Integrated social media sharing and live Twitter updates
- Communication materials for meetings with legislators
- Logistical information about the Advocacy Day program
- A list of the Advocacy Day speaker biographies, eBay staff biographies and small business biographies
- Built in directory of Congressional offices
- Live organizational updates
- Integrated access to the eBay Main Street website
