RPS Handbook is intended for radiation protection supervisors but is equally as valuable for radiographers. The handbook provides information on

Gamma Exposure Calculator, Barrier Distance Calculator, Stay Time Calculator, New Distance / Inverse Square Law Calculator, Geometric Unsharpness / Minimum SFD Calculator, Source Saver!

The handbook also includes:

Pipe Schedule picker. This feature allows you to find the information required by a pipes diameter and schedule. It gives the thickness and outside diameter, as well as information on which ASME wire/BS EN wire to use to get the correct sensitivity. This is an app itself.

We also provide generic local rules that will apply to most radiographers, including safety responsibilities, standing instructions, and general local rules. We have a range of recovery plans to cover safely most real-life situations you could face.
