It will save hundreds of megabytes on your device.
Just open it, select biggest videos you have in Camera Roll and let it run! Compressed videos will be saved in your library, though you still need to remove original files.
Even with settings set to MEDIUM quality of result you won't even notice difference with original file, though file size will be as it's half!
