App Description
FolderExtract is a simple utility application that searches a specified folder for a certain type of file. It moves these files to a destination folder of your choosing.
FolderExtract saves you a great amount time when dealing with the same file types spread over many different folders.
Here is an Example:
Charley has a folder named "Movies". Inside this folder he have another 250 folders, each one has a different movie file inside of it. If Charley wanted to put all of these movies files into a single folder, he would have to go into each individual folder and move the movie file manually.
With FolderExtract, you simply provide the source folder (Where your files are), the destination folder (Where you want them to go) and which file type you would like to move. You can choose to search only a given folder or also include subdirectories.
FolderExtract is great for usenet downloads that may be spread over many folders or other types of files.
