Event Buyers Live is a unique opportunity for major event and festival organisers to meet and network with industry professionals in a relaxed, yet professional, environment over a day and a half. Included within the event are a number of pre arranged face-to-face business meetings between event organisers and event suppliers to help discover new ideas that will be of real value for future consideration. Also included within the event are a series of seminar sessions given by key speakers from within the industry. There is also the chance to take part in problem-solving roundtable discussions. Hosted free of charge for organisers, attendance includes first class accommodation, meals & refreshments throughout.
The app is specially designed for Event Buyers Live and will be utilised by attendees as a web portal to hold useful information. Attendees will be able to use all of the information, as well as their saved agendas, while on-the-go on at the event and before. The App will hold things like:
•Event supplier profiles including their services and products + contact details.
•Event organisers details including company name, person’s name, title and contact details.
•Individual personalised itineraries of meetings for both buyer & suppliers. As well as the event main agenda including timings.
•The workshop agenda & speaker details
•Local travel information
•News & social media updates
The App is available for use while planning and researching before the event as well as making notes against companies, meetings and seminar sessions to be used later for following up on their PC!
