The AX CONNECT Mobile App is an extension to the current AX CONNECT solution and is designed to facilitate and expedite communications between the travel manager or security officer and the traveler with the main objectives of bringing the traveler home safe, keeping them productive and satisfied, and minimizing the unexpected costs of travel changes.
Convenient Communication: AX CONNECT Mobile App provides convenient multi direction communication between travel managers and their travelers. A one-or 2-way communication allowing both travelers and travel manager or security officer to send and receive instant messages via commonly used SMS or email channels.
Emergency Click-to-Call: AX CONNECT Mobile App features a click-to-call function that gives the traveler immediate access to the travel manager or security officer via a pre-determined company security number.
Fitting Compatibility: AX CONNECT Mobile App is published in four languages and available in multiple countries free of charge. It is also compatible with the latest commonly used mobile devices.
Real-time Locating: With real-time tracking, AX CONNECT Mobile App facilitates the tracking and location of the traveler based on their GPS location. Travel managers and security officers can effectively locate and communicate relevant information to ensure proper duty of care to the traveler.
