Everybody wants to look and feel younger, well everyone over 30. At Len Bauer's its the holistic approach taken that allows the rejuvenation process to happen massage is one of the pillars of the holistic approach.
Len recommends regular massage to enhance oxygen and blood flow in the body. Not just when you have a sore back or shoulders. Enhancing the blood and oxygen supply will help prevent pain building from within the body. Stress lightenes not only the muscles, but also makes a healthy blood and oxygen flow more difficult. This can lead to pain, like the common headache and shoulder soreness occuring.
Sports massage is what Len Bauer is arguably most known for, due to his strong association with Rockhampton's major sporting teams including the Rockhampton Rockets and Cyclone basketball teams and the Capras Rugby League Team. Not just specialising in one technique allows Len to treat injuries as required to recover a quick as possible.
Beauty treatments; a healthy muscle reflect on the outside of the body. However sometimes you need little extra help. Len has spray tanning, a beautician for proceedures and make-up as well as the venus swan. The Venus Swan emits laser light to slightly penetrate the skin and allow the body natural healing to tighten loose skin.
