It is the only objective measure that you have complete control of in residency. Your ABSITE score determines what you get to do and where you end up after general surgery residency.

This question bank, with over 650 questions, is a collection of high yield material that has been put together and passed down for years from one resident to another. The questions are concise, simple, and most importantly, pertinent to what you will see on the ABSITE this year. Rather than long case scenarios, which are timely and hard to get through, these are a collection of rapid fire questions that you can hammer out. There is no reason why this should be your only resource and you would be naive to think that preparing for the ABSITE can be done with only one.

This bank of questions was a staple of the preparation which resulted in ABSITE scores of the 98th and 99th percentile consecutively. Seriously, it works. Get through it a few times and you will be prepped.
