You’re given a tower made of blocks. There are three blocks lying adjacent in every level; blocks in level are perpendicular to blocks in the previous level. For example, if the blocks in the first level lie lengthwise north-south, the second level blocks will lie east-west.
Moving in Tower Balance consists of taking one block from any level with no disturbing the rest of the tower.
