App Description

See and hear the estimated force on your knees as you walk or run.

Evaluate different running styles, surfaces, routes and even what difference your shoes can have on the forces on your knees.

I made this for myself when I was recovering from knee surgery, but it can be used by anyone interested in how they are impacting their knees.

This app recognizes step based activity and records the maximum G force during each step and uses that to estimate the knee force.

Set a G force threshold so the app can warn you if you exceed a certain value. This is great for live feedback when you are running and walking to correct your speed or style and avoid overloading your knees.

Uses voice based feedback so you can put your phone in your pocket or strap to your arm while walking or running. Also counts your steps and lots of other useful data to those exercising. You can mix your music with the spoken feedback,
