As the PixelMogul you will start small with a single, simple building but, you know, one day you could own the whole town! It all depends on your talent and fortune as a landlord!
Buy buildings, choose interiors and maintain your apartments in tip top shape to find and keep suitable tenants. But be warned: Only happy tenants will stay put and pay their rent. And only happy tenants will enable you to buy more buildings and expand your real-estate empire!
