This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.

A total remake of the app so it works with iOS 10 and future upgrades of iOS.

Added features:
New workout images.
Choose notification sound.
Chime sound between exercises
Landscape mode for iPad
Work the night shift.
Update all of your workdays simultaneously (batch mode).
Decide what exercises you want to use. Maybe you can't do some of them because of injury, illness or you just dislike it.
Easy access to system settings.
A today widget for easy access and information of the next exercise time.

And please do send me feedback! There can of course be corn cases I haven't thought of or tested.

App Description

1 minute of exercises while sitting at your desk.

Get a reminder every hour during office hours. Release tension while sitting at your desk, or if you are in a meeting or standing at the copy machine. During lunch hour the reminder is skipped, of course!

Over 45 types of exercises.

Secret mode, if you don't want to show the rest of the office a flashing screen!

For pro DeskWorkout users there is a exercise log with all the exercises you have done. You also get a progress graph for the month.
