Rules are simple:
1.Sum of horizontal, vertical and diagonal numbers shall be equal to the target number.
2. You can use same number multiple times. But it's prohibited to use same number in all cells.
3. Points that you will earn depends on how quickly you will complete the level.
P.S. Don't forget to push SUBMIT button after you complete filling in the numbers.
