5:2 fasting diet app is your best friend when using any of the popular fasting diets. The goal of the app was to create an app that will be both easy and fun to use. The app contains recent data from the USDA National Food Administration database with nutritional values for over 7000 foods.

No membership required, no sign up and no additional costs! We will constantly continue to make this the ultimate app for fasting diets.

The app can be used for any of the following diets, 5:2, 6:1, Johnson Up Day Down Day (JUDDD) or an alternate day fasting diet.

Some of the features available in the app, setting for the days you choose to fast, put your starting weight and your weight goals and your current weight, customize everything (such as daily calories and nutrition), save your own food / meals to reuse in several diary entries, the app keeps track of calories and provides alerts when you approach your daily intake calculator to calculate your intake and convert kilocalories to the correct amount, see recipe adapted to the 5:2 diet, fast interface, works without internet connection.
