Have you ever wondered what foods are beneficial for you if you are on an Alkaline Diet? This app is great for people with PKD Polycystic Kidney Disease and PLD Polycystic Liver Disease. It provides a searchable list for you to browse while at the market or shopping for items. Certain foods, chemicals, herbs, & supplements are harmful to individuals with cystic organ disease. Certain things are beneficial. This app clarifies which foods are to be enjoyed and which are to be avoided to help you maintain health and alkalinity.

Easily browse items from a list of categories. When you open a category you are presented with a list of those items, from the list you have the ability to mark items as favorites by simply swiping to the right. A swiping in the opposite direction removes the item from favorites. If you have a 6s or 6sPlus you also have the ability to use 3D Touch on the items. A simple hard press will give you a peek at the item.

With just a few taps you can adjust the look of the items by adjusting the font size, changing the orientation, or even translating to a new language using the built in Bing Translate. Once it is to your liking you can share this via message, email, or many other options.
