Introducing "Document Icon Maker" Ohanaware's latest utility. It's sole purpose is to save time, by automating the task of creating document file icons that conform to the Apple Human Interface Guidelines. Simply, add the app icon and the optional "Identifer" and export. A range of file formats are supported including Ohanaware's "Hybrid" ICNS files (these contain Retina elements and still work on OS X 10.6, all the way to Yosemite).
