App Description
The Max Effort Black Box (MEBB) app is based on a training concept developed my Coach Michael Rutherford (aka Coach Rut). This training concept is a mix of dedicated strength training blended in with high intensity metabolic conditioning (METCON) . The training week is arranged into strength work using barbells and variety of predetermined METCONS.
