A little cat named Arthur meets a mouse. The two become friends - although it is a bit unusual for cats and mice to be friends. They meet a bird who can soar high in the air. Arthur would love to fly, but of course, cats can't fly. Instead the three climb to the top of a tree. Arthur sees his mother far below and is a bit scared. His mom is worried too but climbs to the treetop to rescue him.
