App Description
My Glucose app allows you to track your glucose level readings on your iPhone and easily show / share the information with your doctor(s).
You can keep track of the sugar level as well as the date and time the reading(s) were taken.
It will also show you your average reading, high reading and low reading on the main page.
You can check the graph based on the readings you have entered.
You can even email the data to a doctor for review.
The app does not physically take your readings automatically.
You must check your glucose level and enter the data your self.
The app is used to share the data with your doctor(s) and keep track of your day to day glucose level.
