SpeedBlurCam Allows You to Create High Quality Motion and Zoom Blur.
Are your looking for an app to create motion and zoom blur? Now it’s coming. You can use SpeedBlurCam to apply motion and zoom blur on your image to produce high-speed moving effect.
You can take a picture or import an image into SpeedBlurCam and then you will see a blurred image by default. Firstly, you must draw on the image to make your subject of the photo to be sharp.
SpeedBlurCam supports two kinds of blurring: motion blur and zoom blur. Click “Motion/Zoom” button to switch between motion blur and zoom blur. Motion blur can produce paralleled speed line effect and zoom blur will produce radial speed line effect.
You can not only adjust the blur size of motion blur and zoom blur but also set the angle of motion blur and the center of the zoom blur to accomplish the effect that you want.
