Health Journal is an easy-to-use application that tracks all health-related information for your family or pet. You can then access this information at any time from any of your IOS devices.

The Health Journal application allows you to:
· Track health-related information for each person or pet individually;
· Document symptoms around acute or chronic illnesses;
· Record general health information: weight, height, allergies, medications, etc.;
· Maintain records of your doctor and hospital visits, medical tests, immunization records, physical exams, preventive checkups, etc.;
· Share health reports with your caregivers;
· Customize/modify any database information in the application;
· Review Journal information for each family member within a week, month, or all
· Share status information with your caregivers in real-time
· Access contact information for your doctor and caregiving team;
