Same Great App now compatible with iOS 11+.
The Smart-phone app provides you with an easy to use interface allowing you to utilise all of the trackers features and to fully configure it whilst on the move. The Tracker's battery also last longer with the smartphone interface.

Known Issues with smart Phone App
- On first use only the Initial location data issued from your Tracker may be devoid of co-ordinates (due to not having located the GPS satellites prior to receiving a location request). This may cause the app to crash or not to process the message.
To mitigate this please ensure that the settings, as defined within the "Quick Starter Guide" section (Only available to TrackYour customers), are followed, and the tracker is initially placed outside or near a south facing window with good visibility of the sky for several minutes prior to requesting the initial location. This will ensure that the tracker has time to lock on to the GPS satellites. Else you may be using a none compatible tracker.

- iPhone users with iOS 10.2+ - Location text arrive with separate google maps attachment that impacts the app location information, to prevent the googles map information displaying separately set the 'Home Name' (with in Administration Settings to 'TrackYour.co.uk'.

KEY FUNCTIONS of App:**
LOCATE MODE
- Enables Guardian(s) to text or phone the tracker on demand to obtain trackers location
MONITOR MODE
- Enables Guardian to listen in on the tracker-wearer’s surroundings and establish the situation
e.g. following receipt of an alert
TALK MODE
- Enables Guardian to hold a 2-way conversation with the tracker-wearer
AUTO-TRACK MODE
- Locate tracker-wearer’s location during their journey at defined time intervals for a defined duration
AUTO-TRACK ALERT
- Informs Guardian(s) when tracker has moved a defined distance from its previous location
GEO-FENCE ALERT
- Guardian(s) alerted if tracker-wearer unexpectedly exits a defined virtual perimeter
SPEED ALERT
- Alerts Guardian(s) if tracker-wearer exceeds defined speed (MPH or Km/h)
- Detects whether tracker-wearer has unexpectedly boarded a moving vehicle or driver is abusing your vehicle
SHAKE ALERT
- Alerts Guardian(s) if the tracker is disturbed
- Ideal for detecting if elderly has fallen, or for monitoring possessions
MOVE ALERT
- Alerts Guardian(s) if the tracker has moved from a stationary location
SOS ALERT
- Guardian(s) proactively alerted of tracker-wearer initiates SOS
