Kandalu Software today is pleased to introduce AudioTrick 1.0 for iOS, its new music app that lets users post a voice message, music, ambient sounds or any other recorded audio directly onto Facebook. Users can post audio to their own Facebook wall or timeline, to a friend's timeline, to a group, or to a page they manage. While Facebook does allow users to upload and post videos, audio files cannot be posted. AudioTrick converts recorded audio into a Facebook compatible file and posts it with a selected wallpaper to the desired page. AudioTrick is the Facebook audio uploader that lets users post self-contained, easy-to-play audio files.

The remarkable magic that AudioTrick performs is recording and posting an audio-only file onto Facebook. Users simply launch the app, log on to Facebook, and touch the Record Audio button. A large mic fills the screen, plus a seconds timer, and start and stop buttons. After the recording is finished, the app prompts users to choose a wallpaper from its built-in theme library. This still photo will represent the audio file graphically on the Facebook page.
After selecting a theme, the app processes the recording for Facebook, which takes a few seconds. Following processing, users can playback the file or post it to Facebook. When posting, they can enter a Title and Description, which will appear in text above the photo. Users also choose the destination: their own timeline, a friend's timeline, their own page, or to a group. Immediately, the processed file and meta-data start uploading to the specified Facebook page. The app keeps all recordings in a built-in audio library, and recordings can be reused on multiple pages.
