News that doesn’t live in extremes

Variety of opinions that take us away from Liberal only beliefs at the Globe and Mail. The NP narrative helps to understand how Canada has evolved.

CanAm Investor K ,

Too much focus on U.S. news!

The FP is a good source for Canada business and economic news, but uses too much print space to promote its overt right wing bias rather than reporting on things Canada businesses and government are doing well. It’s a shame, too, that Canadian readers are conditioned by Canadian media to care so much about irrelevant things going on south of the border and to constantly live in the shadow of the U.S.

Need more original reporting

The NP has some good editorial content, like Rex Murphy, but suffers from a propensity to cut & paste partisan “news” commentary from the Washington Post and others. In this day and age, we can get our American news directly from the source. Meanwhile, actual Canadian news goes unreported or marginalized.
