Winnsboro is a Texas Designated Main Street City
located in the piney woods and lake area, 100
miles east of Dallas. The historic downtown district offers award-winning restaurants and upscale shops. The Texas Commission for the Arts granted Winnsboro one of the first seven Cultural Arts District designations. Art, music and fishing are key attractions that draw visitors
