The Classical is an independent sports magazine. We’re not here to tell you who won the game, who is going to win the game, or why they won the game. Instead we tell you odd stories about sports, or any corner of life that sports illuminates (or illuminates sports, for that matter). The only unifying theme is smart, thoughtful takes on the games we play.
When you become a subscriber to The Classical, you can download any issue published while your subscription is active. If your subscription lapses, you will still be able to read the issues published while you were an active subscriber. To read issues of The Classical published before your subscription began, you must pay for them individually. Tap the "Restore" button to make previously purchased issues available on your iPhone, iPod or iPad.
