SIFU KONG, Chi-Keung was born in 1962 Hong Kong, his native origin is Canton Qingning. From a very early age he already was interested in martial arts, he had first learnt many different Southern martial art styles. In the eighties he started to study under the famous Ving Tsun Sifu (Au Chi Sing), his main area of expertise is now Ving Tsun. In 1996 he started the Ving Tsun Kong C.K. Martial Art Institute. His certificate is from the Ving Tsun Athletic Association and is a recognized instructor. In 1999 the Ving Tsun Athletic Association held the First Worldwide Ving Tsun Conference, and in the conference he preformed Chi-Sau. From 2000 – 2002 he became the Ving Tsun Athletic Association’s director. Kong Chi-Keung Sifu not only teaches in the main institute but has many other classes in: YMCA (SSW centre), JPC Eastern District, Chun Ngai Sports Association, Jun Fan J.K. and Chapyer Limited Consultant. Kong Chi-Keung Sifu’s aim is to promote Ving Tsun Kuen to as many different people as possible, because of his passion towards Ving Tsun Kuen.
