For kids and beginners of Punjabi and Gurmukhi! Learn the letters of the Punjabi Alphabet, hear the pronunciation, practice writing, test your knowledge.
Are you interested in learning Punjabi? Do you want to be able to read the Gurmukhi script? Are you looking for a fun way to teach your kids Gurmukhi?
Punjabi Letters teaches all the letters in the Gurmukhi script, including the 6 letters which have been added later. Each letter is shown with a picture example and the letter name and pronunciation is provided by a native speaker.
A fun memory game (aim is to find all matching letter pairs) will help to memorize letters and their sounds.
Test your knowledge with a multiple-choice test. Try a random test of 16 letters or the full test of all 41 letters.

Excellent
Above and beyond the other apps for learning the Gurmukhi alphabet. I do wonder why even though a word may not begin with a letter that an audio sample of a word is not provided. A short word with the letter in it would still be useful. (Even words not used much.) Most resources don't either, so 5 stars+ is the least I would give this app. Thanks for the great work.!!!

This app has lot of cool features. I especially loved the feature that helps you learn how to write. Navigation is very easy and also has interesting game and quiz.
