In the busy life of today, you need to take care of your health especially your sleep. Sleeping Time Manager is an excellent app that helps you keep record of your sleep and see how much you sleep.

There are three major features of the app:

- The Clock tab gives you the clock which when initiated calculates the time you have slept till you turn it off.

- The Alarm tab lets you set alarm for your rising with different alarm tones as well as the option for setting alarm for the whole week.

- The Statistic tab gives you your sleep statistics which show you how much have you slept in the selected time frame and what is the quality of your sleep in addition to mentioning the recommended sleep time deficit.


If you sleep inconsistently without any track of time or the hours you have slept, the use Sleeping Time Manager helps you keep track of your sleep for better health.
