This app is free to download and users get immediate access to buying guides. Product ratings and reviews are only available to those with a Digital or All Access membership to Consumer Reports. If you are not a current member and would like access to product ratings and reviews, you can sign up for a monthly or annual Digital membership within the app and get access to all features including:
