What's NewFeature enhancements include:
a. New Call Park and Call Retrieve Option
i. Park Call is used to place a call in a hold status which can be Retrieved by other phones by dialing the Feature Access Code or through the clients command button. When on an active call hit the Call Pad menu button and then select Park Call. You will be prompted to enter a phone number and then hit “#” or to hit “#” to park against your station.
ii. Call Retrieve is used to pick up a call that has been parked. From the Call Pad, hit the Call Pad menu button, and then select the “Retrieve Call” option. You will be prompted to enter the number where the call is parked and then hit “#” or to hit only “#” if it is parked against your extension.
b. New Call History and Click to Dial Function
i. Call history can be accessed from the History tab. The application presents a call history for placed, received, and missed calls from any device. Call history makes it easy for you to redial and call back when you miss a call or when you want to dial a contact with whom you have recently spoken.
c. New Verizon Branding
i. Branding has been updated to reflect the Verizon approved color options.
d. Option in Contacts when viewing contact detail to send personal SMS text.
i. This send the user to the iphone messaging app with the users phone number populated.
e. Support for iOS 7 (required for App store posting)
f. Bug fixes - Most notably improving lost connection behavior
