- 居民透過「吾區」組織社區活動 / 比賽

此外，「吾區」亦會提供「網上格仔舖」出租，使區內居民 / 店舖以最低的成本推廣宣傳其技能 / 貨品 / 服務。

"MYplace" is a unique online mobile platform in which social interaction, mutual care and a cohesive neighborhood in Ma Wan could be strengthened.

Includes:
- deliver the latest information and promotional activities in Ma Wan
- facilitate the local residents to check out what they are looking for such as second hand items, domestic helpers, home tutors, flats for rent and etc
- local residents can make use of "MYplace" to organize community activities or competitions
- look for neighbor support through the network.

Besides, "MYplace" provides an online shop rental services for local residents and shops to advertise and promote their own skills, goods and services at the most cost effective way.

To bring Ma Wan a complete fascinating and enjoyable "MYplace" living environment, an innovative idea of “Flash Mod” has been incorporated in “MYplace”. A wide variety of interesting "Flash Mod" activities will be launched from time to time. It is cool and fun!
