Speaking to your database is the easiest way to find out what it holds. Now you can finally talk to your database and find out the names of the databases, tables and fields in your MySQL database. You can also find the summary information such as the sum, maximum, minimum, average, and number of items for a particular field. No need to know how to program in order to get your database information. Simply put in the information you use to access your database and then say "Access" you will then have the option to choose a database. Once you choose a database, then you choose a table. Once you choose a table you then choose a field. Once a field is chosen then the summary information will appear.
