Ease in2 10K application is the easiest program to get the beginners to run 5K distance runners in 10 weeks.

This application will allow the users to get into a perfect shape by alternating between walking and running, and only 3 days a week.

Listen to your favorite music while you workout and follow the ease into 10k program's audio alerts. Music along with the voice commands will work together.

The voice alerts will tell you when to warmup, walk, run, cool down.

Its a full featured program.
