Opened in April 2011, CrossFit 480 is a world class CrossFit facility with attributes and training tools unique to its location. The “box” is over 3000 square feet, much of which is open space conducive to the CrossFit experience, with 20 foot plus ceilings that provide the ability for rope climbs and other CrossFit movements that are oftentimes restricted by ceiling height. CF480′s pull up system and weight racks were custom designed as was its sliding glass door. The open space just outside the door is freely utilized for many WOD’s, including those WOD’s requiring rings. CrossFit 480 was designed and constructed with the same “do work” mentality used in its programming and coaching – keep it raw, basic, intense, functional, and eliminate the fluff!
