App Description

The PRO version (in addition to all the possibilities that the free version offers you, check under this paragraph) allows users to taste and stock unlimited wines, to generate wine tastings with 11 tasters, to be able to send online invitations to all your contacts and to remove all advertisements. Those advantages can help you to achieve a large amount of wine information and tastings, avoiding distractions with adds and being able to carry your files everywhere in your iPad; making you look a really competent and perfect professional!

The "iProfile Wines" apps familiy gives you a new experience in the wine tasting concept. Introducing the data of a wine you wish to taste, or after another user sends you an invitation to taste a suggested wine, you can follow the steps to make a whole detailed analyses (visual, olfactive and taste) of the wine.

The analyses are presented in two wine tasting sheets very detailed and intuitive. The aromas and sensations are grouped by families, which allows you once you recognize one family, being able to identify accurately any of the aromas in the sub-family . Defects and general impressions of the wine are also parameters to take into account.

The best part arrives once the tasting sheet is done. Then you can observe your results in a "Spider Web Graphic" style.

Moreover, if you tasted a wine that was received by invitation, you will be able to see the tastings of the other invited tasters and share yours. All the tasters will be represented in the same "Spider Web" graphic and an average will be calculated, assuming the average is the reference. Comparing to the reference, each user will get an approximate percentage (%) of how close is from the reference. There is also the possibility of making one of the tasters the reference, clicking on the star symbol.

If you introduced the wine manually, once you finished your tasting give the iPad to the next taster and let him/her evaluate and mark the wine, and so on till all the tasters are done. The results will appear like described in the previous paragraph.

This app is focused to the public that is decided to improve their wine tasting skills with a continuous training, and definitely learn a lot about tasting. It can be also used to have some fun with friends around a glass of wine, it a great "come together". Real professional tasters and winemakers are behind the creation of the app.
