Couch 2 5K app gets you in shape with an awesome Walk - Run - Walk routine.
You start slow, and the running gradually increases to a full 5K.
Plug in your headphones and play your favourites music, and the app will tell you when to Walk and when to Run.
This application will allow the users to get into a perfect shape by alternating between walking and running, and only 3 days a week.

Listen to your favorite music while you workout and follow the couch to 5k program's audio alerts. Music along with the voice commands will work together.

The voice alerts will tell you when to warmup, walk, run, cool down.
