iBABS Pro for Good, paperless meetings for every one.

iBabs Pro is the successor of the successful iBabs, the app that allows paperless meeting for governments and businesses. With iBabs Pro, councilors, members of the Board or management have always access to meeting agendas, including all supporting documents, and personal documents. Additionally, they can immediately view the progress of actions based on decisions from previous meetings.

In this new version you can simply schedule meetings in the usual way, namely from Outlook or other calendar systems. Ideal for all your daily meetings to have all documentation ready while secretary can continue working in the same way.

Many organizations make use of audio / video webcasting of the meetings. These webcast are now fully integrated with meetings in iBabs pro. During the meeting, you can watch, and after the meeting you can replay the webcast, detailed per agenda item and speakers per item.

Furthermore, in this version the navigation is improved, and some other cosmetic changes are made to enhance the user experience.

iBabs Pro still excellence in the way personal notes can be made in personal documents , agenda documents or meeting minutes. This functionality is developed in collaboration with iAnnotate. The iAnnotate functions are directly available in iBabs Pro. You do not need to switch between the two apps and even you do not have to purchase and install iAnnotate. The notes taken are stored centrally and thus automatically backed up and accessible via other devices for example laptops or other tablets. In addition, in iBabs Pro documents, agenda’s and notes are also off-line available, so a meeting can be attended and prepared if there is no Internet connection or on the move. Once there is an Internet connection synchronization with the server starts automatically.

iBabs Pro replaces traditional board packs, that managers get in the morning from their secretary for all meetings of that day. With iBabs Pro, the manager is always up to date on his iPad, including all personal documents, notes and a historical overview. Why complicate things when it is easy?
