App Description

This session uses a powerful series of hypnotic inductions to put you into a trance while making suggestions at the same time you are subconsciously learning self hypnosis to fall asleep. It is most effective when used at night when you are ready to drift off to sleep. The more you use the app, the more your sleep patterns will regulate.
