Pull-ups are one of the most beneficial overall muscle and strength developers.
A single pull-up is often one of the most difficult exercises.
Here comes the 50 Pull-ups challenge for iPod/iPhone!
This application gives you a training program that will see you well on your way to reaching this heady target by investing no more than forty minutes each week.
Perform an initial test first & then this number will dictate your targets over the next few weeks.
As the program progresses, the number of pull-ups per set increase and see you working your way slowly up towards the target.
Each Pull-up has full details of how to do it along with images.
A log book & graphs can be seen in the application.
