Living a long and healthy life is one of the most important objectives of every individual, and yet every day we hear of friends or relatives who are struck down by Preventable Diseases, medical conditions that could have been prevented by changes in diet or lifestyle or could have been treated if detected earlier.

YourLifeLongHealth is an app designed to assist you to live a longer and healthier life. It contains a comprehensive list of Preventive Health Actions that are designed to prevent diseases or to detect them early so that you can receive effective treatment.
The Preventive Health Actions are those recommended by various government bodies and health professionals (as listed below) with the additions based on recent medical research.
The Preventive Health Actions are tailored to suit each individual based on age and sex, and are listed in the form of a diary with prompts and reminders when these actions are due.

The information section of the app contains a detailed illustrated descriptions of all of the medical conditions that this app is designed to prevent or detect, the tests used to screen for these conditions and the pros and cons of screening.

This app also contains detailed information on the various vaccines recommended in the preventive health actions list.

Following the Preventive Health Actions listed in this diary is the only proven scientific way you can minimise the risk of preventable diseases, maximise the early detection and effective treatment of those conditions that are not prevented and increase your chances of a long and healthy life.
