2. Utah HOA case law has been added (a non-exhaustive selection of over 25 Utah HOA cases). Certain cases include a brief summary by RKW.
3. Client access to status reports for delinquent accounts turned over to RKW for collection.
This free app provides board members, managers and landlords quick reference to the laws that apply to their Utah condominium, homeowners association or rental.
Have you ever been in a meeting and needed to know what the law says regarding proxies? Or needed a quick refresher on the procedure for adopting rules in a community association, or the requirements for a reserve analysis, or the new insurance requirements?
Now the laws are available right in your pocket, no Internet connection required. The statutes are formatted and indented for easier reading than the State's own website, plus search and bookmark functions make it much easier to use. Note: tap the star on a page to bookmark it.
With the many new laws enacted over the last few years governing HOAs, it’s no longer an option to be unfamiliar with what the laws say. With this app, becoming familiar with these laws and referencing them often is as painless as possible.
Certain federal regulations applicable to HOAs and rental properties are also included, together with explanations of those requirements.
