Charlotte Simmons is Director of Russell-Scotts hair. Charlotte has had this successful salon for thirteen years and has loved every minute of it. She has seven members of staff and the salon is comprised over two floors. Charlotte and her staff specialise in hair colour techniques from all over colours to woven highlights, flashes of colours and slices. All the staff are very creative and enjoy putting hair up for proms, wedding and balls etc. Also Russell-Scotts has a fantastic fake tan spray room using the best product on the market "Fake Bake". Fake bake has been voted by this morning winner of the best instant spray tan award 19.02.08.
