With the many new laws enacted over the last several years governing Utah HOAs, it’s no longer an option to be unfamiliar with what the laws say. With this app, becoming familiar with these laws and referencing them often is as painless as possible.

Certain federal regulations applicable to HOAs and rental properties are also included, together with summaries and explanations of those requirements.

From Version 2.1: Added laws passed in 2013 that go into effect July 1, 2014. The app will sync automatically in the future with new or changed statutes.
From Version 2.0:
1. All statutes are updated and current through 2013, including certain new laws that are effective May 14, 2013.
2. Utah HOA case law is now included (a non-exhaustive selection of over 25 Utah HOA cases). Certain cases contain a brief summary by Curtis Kimble.
